KY Senate Rival Andy Barr Compromising America with Amnesty Efforts

Nate Morris Critiques Andy Barr’s Stance on Immigration

Nate Morris, the Republican contender for the Kentucky Senate, expressed strong disapproval of his opponent, Rep. Andy Barr (R-Ky.), claiming Barr wishes to “sell America.” This remark came in light of Barr’s recent comments about supporting amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Morris referred to a video where Barr addressed Congress, boasting about his support for such measures. “What we witnessed this week in that clip is an absolute disgrace,” Morris said. “Andy Barr has shown his true colors. He’s an outdated country club Republican, making deals that benefit big corporations at the expense of America.”

He added, “This contradicts everything President Trump stands for. It’s against the core values of the MAGA movement: strong borders, strict enforcement, no exceptions. Every illegal immigrant must be sent back.” Morris emphasized that his campaign advocates for a complete halt on new immigration until the 20 million illegal foreigners who arrived during the Biden administration are sent back.

Morris noted Barr’s self-identification as “xenophobic” and questioned that statement during a conversation with host Matthew Boyle. “Do you remember who famously used the term xenophobic?” he asked, clarifying, “That was Hillary Clinton. She labeled the MAGA movement as a group of nativist nativists. And now, Barr calls me that. I’m proud to be a nativist because we must defend American interests and the American people.”

He continued, “This isn’t merely about borders or immigration; it’s a fight for Western civilization. People like Andy Barr threaten that, just as Mitch McConnell has in the past.” He acknowledged Barr’s admiration for McConnell as a mentor.

Morris criticized Barr’s immigration policies as reflecting a deeper issue, observing, “This isn’t a mere slip-up. It’s an ongoing trend since he got into Congress, going back to his support of the Gang of Eight. His call for normalizing illegal immigration is disqualifying.”

Ultimately, he stated that Barr should step back from the race and leave Kentucky entirely. “He doesn’t belong here. Perhaps he should move to Europe instead, where he would fit in well. His mindset threatens European sovereignty, culture, and traditions. We cannot allow that in the United States,” Morris concluded.
