A conservative policy organization has introduced a new digital archive focusing on Zoran Mamdani, a democratic socialist running for mayor in New York. This initiative aims to shed light on what the group labels as Mamdani’s “radical policies,” showcasing his public statements, legislative actions, and campaign vows across his political career.
The website, which can be accessed at mamdanifile.appdc.org, was initially shared on Fox News Digital before its official launch later this week. The archive, created by the American Principles Project (APP), presents 43 entries that cover the years from 2020 to 2025.
Terry Schilling, the President of APP, explained that the objective is to document Mamdani’s political record using his own words. He remarked, “Zoran Mamdani’s daily stream of extreme ideas seems quite disconnected from what regular Americans think, and that prompted us to start the Mamdani Tracker to reveal his assertions. His radicalism may be overshadowed by a supportive left-leaning media, but we want to ensure New Yorkers—and all Americans—are aware of the chaos he may bring to New York City.” Essentially, Schilling views Mamdani’s vision as representative of Democratic policy that warrants attention.
In a related note, the Democratic Party in North Carolina has welcomed Mamdani, whose previous anti-Israel comments have resurfaced, asserting that it is an inclusive “big tent party.”
Schilling continued, “If they gain control in New York, they’ll target you next. Given the close results seen in races in New Jersey and Virginia, where Mamdani’s views are influencing local schools and communities, we’re dedicating significant resources to combat this and encourage sensible voters to make it to the polls.”
The entries in the archive cite primary sources, such as campaign announcements, invoices, and recorded video clips, providing users with links to explore the material firsthand. Among the content, there’s a mention of Mamdani’s 2020 pledge to ensure “queer and transgender-inclusive health care for everyone, including children, via a single-payer system,” and a proposal for curriculum changes in K-12 schools aimed at addressing “transphobia, racism, and xenophobia.”
In one archived essay from his campaign site, Mamdani stated, “We need to fully decriminalize both the buying and selling of consensual sex.”
The archives also bring attention to a bill he co-sponsored that would allow prisoners to choose facilities based on their gender identity and fund gender reassignment procedures for those incarcerated, as well as his involvement in initiatives supporting Drag Queen Story Time.
Each section of the site includes video clips and original documents, creating a detailed digital “paper trail” that APP believes will allow voters to experience Mamdani’s rhetoric directly.
This release occurred simultaneously with Mamdani’s participation in a debate alongside Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa on Thursday night. A poll from Fox News indicated that Mamdani currently enjoys a lead over both opponents.
Looking ahead, the American Principles Project intends to expand the archive as Election Day approaches, aiming to highlight regional races in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia, where themes surrounding cultural policy and parental rights are gaining traction.
Mamdani’s campaign has not yet provided a response to inquiries from Fox News Digital.
