Secrets of Celebrity Cosmetic Procedures
While many celebrities are quite candid about their cosmetic enhancements, there are still some who prefer to keep their procedures under wraps.
Recently, Page Six spoke to someone who suggested that one star was actually transported to her dermatologist in a UPS box to avoid being seen. Apparently, there’s a discreet surgery center in Hollywood where celebrities can undergo procedures incognito.
Dr. Ryan Neinstein, a well-known surgeon based in New York, mentions that not all stars go to such extremes, but there are certainly ways to maintain privacy. For instance, he provides nighttime surgeries along with private entrances for especially sensitive patients to minimize the chance of being noticed in the waiting area. There’s also an unmarked recovery room available. He noted that there have been requests for Sunday surgeries to be even more discreet.
Dr. Chris Funderburk, who tends to the needs of frequent red carpet attendees, shared that it’s common for stars to consult with their assistants or managers during their procedures.
Moreover, many clinics have underground parking to shield stars from paparazzi as they move from their vehicles to the clinic.
Interestingly, many celebrities opt not to return home after surgery. Instead, they are whisked away to lavish recovery facilities that are often staffed with nurses, chefs, and security personnel. Some of these exclusive spots can cost over $2,000 a night, providing first-class post-operative care in style.
According to previous reports from Page Six, Dr. Neinstein can arrange a luxurious recovery experience for VIPs at the Plaza Hotel, complete with their favorite meals, floral arrangements, and around-the-clock nursing care.
Fans often wonder about sudden changes in their favorite stars, but insiders suggest that the reality is much simpler: Celebrities are getting increasingly savvy about their surgical choices.
