Bela Maher from Malibu Bodies expressed how rewarding it is to witness Trainor’s journey. “She achieved much of this on her own before starting GLP-1. Once she introduced it, the medication was more of a supporting element rather than the primary reason for her success. While GLP-1 can be helpful, it’s not a magic solution; it’s Meghan’s hard work that made the difference,” Maher highlighted.

Physical Changes and Positive Results

The hitmaker, now 31, recently showcased her impressive transformation, which she has documented from January 2024 to October 2025. The before-and-after photos demonstrate a noticeable difference in her physique, with her trainer noting the dedication that made all the difference.

“She dedicated herself to strength training, focused on protein intake, and showed up even on days when motivation was low,” the post elaborated. “This was her achievement. Now she can enjoy a body that supports her for years to come.” It’s evident that Trainor’s commitment paved the way for her success.

After making her red carpet appearance during the Billboard Women in Music event in March 2025, where she wore an elegant black dress that highlighted her new look, the transformation was even more apparent.

However, she took to social media afterward to voice her frustration about the attention directed toward her body instead of her music. “So many comments were about my body,” she remarked, pointing out that such focus overshadowed her actual achievements in her career.

Despite the media buzz, Trainor has been open about her journey, mentioning that she utilized weight loss medications alongside significant lifestyle changes. “No, I don’t look the same as I did 10 years ago,” she reflected, emphasizing her commitment to becoming healthier for herself and her family.

Transitioning her approach involved collaborating with a nutritionist, implementing lifestyle changes, and embracing a workout regimen. “The support from science has been invaluable as I navigated my second pregnancy. I genuinely feel great, and it’s rewarding,” she concluded.
