Millie Bobby Brown Hints at Tensions with David Harbor

Millie Bobby Brown recently suggested there might be some underlying issues with her “Stranger Things” co-star, David Harbor, during an interview from last year.

This comes against the backdrop of reports that a 21-year-old actress has accused a 51-year-old colleague of harassment and bullying on the set of “Stranger Things.” MTV has revisited this interview in light of the situation.

In the same conversation, Brown discussed her upcoming wedding to Jake Bon Jovi, set to take place in just two months.

The interviewer playfully suggested a “Stranger Things” theme for the wedding, imagining the bride walking down the aisle to music from the show.

Brown engaged in the idea, even contemplating a shaved head and a black-and-red color palette, until the interviewer mentioned, “Harbor is hosting.”

This made her narrow her eyes a bit, and after a pause, she simply replied, “Yes.”

While she entertained the theme, she quickly laughed off the thought of Harbor officiating the ceremony, expressing her uncertainty. “I don’t know how I feel about that,” she admitted.

Interestingly, she suggested that Matthew Modine could take on the role of master of ceremonies, as he plays Martin Brenner in the series. Modine has agreed to officiate her wedding in May 2024.

Recent reports surfaced that Brown accused Harbor of bullying and harassment ahead of filming for the fifth season. A source noted that there were extensive accusations, although it’s important to mention that there were no claims of sexual misconduct. An investigation has reportedly been underway for months.

Details about the investigation and Brown’s allegations remain somewhat unclear, but it’s been noted that she filmed the series finale accompanied by a personal representative.

Filming for the final season ran from January to December 2024, wrapping just months before Brown and Bon Jovi welcomed their baby girl.

This year has also seen Harbor in the news for his personal life, including his split from Lily Allen and claims made in her latest album, which touch on their relationship. He has yet to respond to the lyrics that have gained viral attention.
