Rosie O'Donnell Promotes Conspiracies, Rants About Food Stamps and Fascism During an Anti-Trump Speech

O’Donnell Claims Lawsuit Settlement Involving Trump

Comedian Rosie O’Donnell recently shared with her 2.9 million followers on TikTok that President Donald Trump has resolved a lawsuit linked to her parents, which she claims involves child abuse.

“I never imagined my life would lead here, honestly,” O’Donnell reflected in one of her TikTok videos. She also expressed concern that people are increasingly focused on “fascism” in the U.S.

Continuing her thoughts, she asked, “Did you ever think a guy who led an insurrection would get re-elected? Or that someone with multiple sexual abuse allegations, a convicted rapist, would still have a shot at the presidency?”

O’Donnell incorrectly asserted that Trump had settled lawsuits involving “the children’s families.”

“I found out today that he decided to settle all those lawsuits related to the children,” she said.

However, she didn’t clarify the source of her claims. An unrelated, myth-based Facebook post featuring a fabricated headline about potential “child sexual abuse charges” against Trump recently circulated, misinformation that Reuters highlighted last summer.

“When will we acknowledge that erratic, sometimes psychotic behavior can occur at the highest levels, and we need to address it?” O’Donnell continued her passionate tirade.

“Shame on you all. Look at what’s happened to us,” the comedian asserted.

She went on to critique Trump’s renovations of the White House, accusing him of “destroying everything” and complained about his love for gold decor.

“Just wreck it and cover it in gold glitter,” she remarked, recalling a past journey to the United Arab Emirates where she noticed Trump’s aesthetic preferences.

Recalling a conversation with filmmaker Nora Ephron, O’Donnell mused on what Ephron would have thought of Trump’s “gold obsession.”

“What would Nora have written about our current situation? I ponder that often,” she added.

O’Donnell wrapped up her statements by accusing Trump of trying to “starve America like he did in Gaza.” She pleaded, “Please save your SNAP money, don’t let America face starvation like you did in Gaza.”
