Kevin Spacey shares that he is without a home following the sexual assault controversy.

After a tumultuous seven years following a sexual assault scandal, Kevin Spacey has disclosed that he is currently homeless.

In an interview with the Telegraph, he stated, “I live in a hotel, I live in an Airbnb, I go where the work is.” He emphasized, “Literally, I don’t have a home, that’s what I’m trying to explain.”

Spacey admitted that his financial circumstances are “not great” since the scandal, during which he was acquitted of accusations made by four men in the UK. He assured that he is “never on the verge” of bankruptcy.

While he has consistently denied any wrongdoing, he remarked, “The costs over the last seven years have been astronomical.”

He reflected on his financial situation, saying, “There was very little coming in and everything going out.” When discussing his halted Hollywood appearances, he added, “I can get over it.”

Interestingly, he mentioned, “In a weird way, I feel like I’m back to where I started, which is I just went where the work was.” This feeling seems to resemble his earlier days before fame, based in Baltimore, Maryland.

<p“Everything is in storage. We hope that if the situation improves, we can choose a place to settle down again one day,” he noted.

Spacey, who is now 66, has faced allegations of inappropriate conduct and sexual assault from over 30 individuals, including “Star Trek: Discovery” actor Anthony Rapp. These claims first emerged in 2017.

As a result of the allegations, Netflix removed him from his prominent role in “House of Cards,” which concluded in 2018 with co-star Robin Wright assuming leading responsibilities.

In July 2023, Spacey was acquitted in a notable trial in the UK regarding the assault of four men. Additionally, a 2022 case in New York did not find him liable.

This week, he performed at a resort in Limassol, Cyprus, hoping to move forward amidst the turbulence, as reported by the Telegraph.

In the context of a 2024 documentary titled *Spacey Unmasked*, he reiterated his innocence, declaring, “I can no longer tolerate this.” He emphasized the need to defend oneself against unfounded attacks.

“While I take full responsibility for my past actions, I cannot and will not apologize to those who have fabricated stories about me,” he asserted.

He also stated, “I have never promised anyone career assistance in exchange for sexual favors.” In May 2024, Spacey received a lifetime achievement award at an event in Cannes, France, acknowledging the challenges he has faced in recent years.
