Bunny XO Comments on Jelly Roll’s New Look

Bunny XO is still adjusting to her husband Jelly Roll’s clean-shaven appearance. During a recent episode of the “Dumb Blonde” podcast, she shared that her husband, who she’s been married to for eight years, looked quite different after his dramatic transformation. In her words, “I always thought my husband had the biggest head. After he shaves, he looks a little peanut-like. He’s slim and Beetlejuice-like.”

This transformation comes after Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason Bradley Deford, decided to shave his face for the first time in two decades. Bunny explained that he wanted to see his new look after losing weight. “He wanted to do it because he finally lost weight, so he doesn’t know what it looks like underneath,” she remarked.

When reflecting on his new appearance, she humorously told him, “Baby, your little head is a peanut head, dude.” She added that he resembles Noah with his tattoos, which I guess means she’s adjusting to the change, even if it takes a bit of time.

Jelly Roll recently shared his new look on Instagram, and he himself described his appearance as “looking like a ninja turtle.” He explained that one of the reasons he grew a beard in the first place was to cover up his obesity. “It was easy to hide what was going on here,” he said, indicating how significant the change feels for him.

This journey toward better health began for him in December 2022. He has been open about losing weight and shared his current stats with the crowd at an event earlier this year: “I started out at 540 pounds, and this morning I’m at 357 pounds.” He even plans to lose more, aiming for 100 pounds less so he can enjoy skydiving with Bunny XO.

While talking about the weight loss journey, Jelly Roll mentioned that combating obesity requires facing challenges at the dinner table first. He highlighted that outward activities, while helpful, aren’t enough on their own.
