Shedeur Sanders has a touching moment with Deion following the Browns' victory.

Shedeur Sanders and his father, Deion Sanders, shared a touching moment following Shedeur’s win in his inaugural NFL start.

Deion was spotted celebrating in the stands of Allegiant Stadium after Shedeur threw for 209 yards during the Browns’ 24-10 win against the Raiders on Sunday.

A clip captured Coach Prime embracing his son with a big grin on his face.

It seems the joy of the moment was caught by someone from the Sanders family, as Shedeur beamed while his father wrapped him in a proud hug.

Deion, the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes and a Pro Football Hall of Famer, appeared thrilled as he watched Shedeur score his first NFL touchdown in the fourth quarter from his suite in the stadium.

The touchdown came from a short pass to running back Dylan Sampson, resulting in an impressive 66-yard run.

One of Shedeur’s standout throws was a 52-yard completion to Isaiah Bond in the first quarter, which set up a touchdown just before the end of that quarter.

Having been selected in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, Shedeur made history as the first Browns quarterback to win in his debut since the franchise returned to Cleveland in 1999.

“I’m really excited that I had the opportunity to show my true self to the organization,” Shedeur mentioned to reporters after the game. “The past few months have felt a bit off-kilter. My life has changed significantly, but I’m thankful to be back where I am.”

He added, “I faced tough moments on the field, getting overwhelmed a few times. That’s part of the game. Still, I’m just thankful for the chance to play.”

While Shedeur had a remarkable debut, head coach Kevin Stefanski was noncommittal about whether he would start again against the 49ers next weekend.
