Glenn Beck's widely shared alert about the Democrat rebellion video receives a Trump repost — he now outlines a four-step action plan.

Congress Members Urge Military to Resist Unlawful Orders

On November 18, six Democratic Congress members shared a brief video online entitled “Don’t Give Up Ship,” urging military and intelligence personnel to refuse any “unlawful orders” from the Trump administration.

The video asserted that actions by the administration were “pitting uniformed military personnel and intelligence professionals against the American people” and posed a risk to the Constitution. However, it failed to provide specific examples of unlawful orders, leading many, including President Trump, to label it as incitement.

Glenn Beck commented on the situation, and President Trump shared his post afterwards.

On his program, Glenn elaborated on his concerns, suggesting four immediate actions to avert the potential collapse of the republic.

1. Congress Must Condemn the Rebels

Glenn emphasized, “If Congress members can publicly promote military resistance without facing repercussions, it undermines their moral authority.” He argued that without accountability, Congress would be ineffective in policing the executive branch or ensuring transparency within the intelligence community.

He cautioned that if Congress does not discipline those involved in the video, it sets a dangerous precedent—no country has sustained stability under a politicized military.

2. DOD Should Reaffirm Commitment to Lawful Orders

According to Glenn, the Department of Defense must clarify publicly that “we will follow the lawful orders of the President.” He noted the importance of restating the military’s chain of command, stating that it serves as a crucial barrier against chaos.

3. Supreme Court Needs to Address the Boasberg Case

He called for the judiciary, particularly the Supreme Court, to take action against the Boasberg secret spy case, which he termed a “dangerous” precedent. This case allowed the government to seize phone records from Republican senators without informing Congress during an investigation into attempts to overturn the 2020 election.

Glenn expressed that allowing one branch of government to secretly surveil another dismantles the necessary checks and balances, possibly leading to a surveillance state.

4. Public Must Demand Accountability

Glenn urged that, if the media and cultural leaders remain silent, it is up to the American public to raise their voices and call for results. He highlighted the need for the media to stop focusing solely on sensationalism, instead providing clear explanations about the issues at hand and outlining appropriate responses.

He lamented that currently, the media landscape appears disengaged, prioritizing ideology over protecting the republic.

Glenn warned against complacency: it is essential for people to unite beyond political beliefs for the sake of sustaining civilian control over the military and preventing erosion of constitutional principles. He asserted this is about the future of the republic and the legacies we will leave for future generations.

He concluded by urging citizens to remain calm, engage constructively, and advocate for transparency and accountability among their representatives.

Only through active citizenship can any hope for stability be maintained, he warned. If the public remains inactive, a breakdown is inevitable.
