New Landmark: One Beverly Hills Project

Forget the Hollywood sign. A massive $10 billion construction project is now the newest landmark in Tinseltown, becoming one of the most exclusive addresses in the world.

The ambitious One Beverly Hills initiative has kicked off, aimed at transforming 17.5 acres of prime real estate into a luxurious “urban resort” that could make even Rodeo Drive seem affordable.

Recently, workmen poured 3,800 cubic yards of concrete continuously to lay the foundation for what will be Beverly Hills’ tallest tower.

Valued at an astonishing $10 billion, this isn’t merely another apartment complex; it’s a sanctuary for the ultra-wealthy. The development will introduce the first Aman hotel on the West Coast, a brand favored by high-profile individuals such as Bill Gates and the Kardashians.

The project will feature two soaring glass towers of Aman-branded residences, where entry-level condos will start around $20 million, and penthouses may soar beyond $40 million. There will also be a private club spanning 100,000 square feet, along with numerous designer boutiques and gourmet restaurants.

It’s rumored that the joining fee for the exclusive club will be $200,000, with an annual fee of $20,000.

A real estate insider mentioned, “We believe this will be the most desirable condo in Los Angeles, maybe even the whole country. But, honestly, that sounds a bit extreme. With prices pegged at around $7,000 per square foot, a 4,000-square-foot condo would reach $28 million. It feels a bit reckless to pay more than $4,000 per square foot if you’re just looking at it as an investment.”

The brainchild behind this opulent development is a collaboration among Kane International, OKO Group, and the influential Alagem Capital Group, helmed by Benny Alagem. They’ve invested significant time and resources to gain city approval for this site located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard.

Once completed, in anticipation of the 2028 LA Olympics, the project will boast a self-sufficient ecosystem that includes 10 acres of gardens and green spaces—4.5 acres of which will be accessible to the public—and will incorporate 200,000 square feet dedicated to retail.

Set for completion in 2027, it will seamlessly connect the nearby Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria hotels, creating a lavish oasis.
