Fox Nation Unveils “The Great Christmas Showdown” for 2025

This holiday season, Fox Nation is reviving the festive fun with “The Great Christmas Showdown,” returning for its fourth edition. This year’s version, which can be streamed, promises a mix of laughter and competition.

Tom Schiroux will host alongside familiar Fox News faces like Jimmy Failla, Carly Shimkus, Kennedy, and Todd Pirro. They’ll be divided into two teams and will tackle a variety of holiday-themed activities.

In the opening segment, the teams dive into some intriguing holiday questions. For instance, they debate who would make a better president: Ebenezer Scrooge or George Bailey from the beloved classic, *It’s a Wonderful Life*. Another playful question asks whether they’d rather dwell in the animated universe of *A Charlie Brown Christmas* or *Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer*.

Another segment features the personalities testing their knowledge of classic holiday songs in a game called “Finish That Carol!” where they will happily sing and try to recall the lyrics to traditional carols.

As the show goes on, two teams take turns picking cards that have Christmas-themed phrases, acting them out for their teammates to guess. From “Snowball Fight” to “Seven Fishes,” the contestants indulge in amusing charades.

Throughout the special, Abby Hornacek visits the Fox News studios, chatting with different TV personalities like Jesse Watters, Bill Hemmer, and Emily Compagno about their holiday customs—from gift exchanges to office parties.

This year’s edition of “The Great Christmas Showdown” is available for streaming on Fox Nation, along with other timely holiday shows like “A Dollywood Christmas” and fresh episodes of “Saints,” directed by Martin Scorsese.
