Over the weekend, Gisele Bundchen showcased her stunning figure during a photoshoot in Miami.

The 45-year-old model seemed exuberant as she strutted along the beach in a black wetsuit that was partially unzipped.

She was seen carrying a surfboard and had her hair styled in natural waves, flashing a broad smile while posing with other models.

Between shots, the mother of three took a moment to cool off with a small handheld fan.

Bundchen has been busy in Miami and was recently photographed filming a fitness commercial. Dressed in a brown sports bra and matching leggings, her toned abs were evident as she stretched and soaked up some sun.

She often shares her passion for fitness. In a recent video, she emphasized the importance of staying active, saying, “Your body is your home and it was made to move.” The sporty supermodel showcased various activities, including surfing, yoga on the beach, and jiu-jitsu.

“Movement is medicine,” she added, highlighting its benefits for the heart, muscles, and even mental well-being.

Bundchen returned to work after having her third child in February, a daughter with her boyfriend Joaquin Valente. She also has son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, from her previous marriage to Tom Brady, which lasted from 2009 to 2022.

Expressing her views on the joys of exercise, Bundchen encouraged her Instagram followers to embrace movement, stating, “Whether it’s a session at the gym, a walk under a tree, or dancing in the kitchen, everything counts. Just move. Choose movement not as a chore, but as a gift you give yourself.”

Celebrating her son Benjamin’s 16th birthday recently, she shared a touching message on Instagram. “You have the biggest, most beautiful heart and such a kind soul,” she wrote alongside an old photo of them together. “I love you with all my heart.”
