Husband of Arkansas mom found dead with twins expresses heartbreak and denies involvement in their deaths

Tragic Incident Involves Arkansas Doctor and Family

A well-known doctor from Arkansas is devastated following the discovery of his body amid a contentious divorce. Dr. Randall Bialis, who insists he had no role in the deaths of his estranged wife and their two young children, has been described as “heartbroken” by his attorney.

Earlier this year, Dr. Bialis pleaded guilty to domestic violence for an incident involving the assault of his wife, Charity, in March at their highly valued home near the Oklahoma border. However, he has not been arrested or charged with any murders related to the recent tragic events.

Authorities found the bodies of Charity and her 6-year-old twins during a welfare check on December 3rd. Reports indicate that Charity had expressed concern for her safety and the safety of her children, even seeking assistance from state Senator Terry Rice to secure custody earlier this year.

Despite the circumstances, Dr. Bialis’s lawyer maintains that he bore no responsibility for the deaths. “Mr. Bialis was not involved in the deaths of Mrs. Bialis or her children,” attorney Michael D. Pierce stated.

Pierce emphasized that his client has cooperated fully with the investigation, including voluntarily providing interviews to the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office. He expressed hope that the investigation will clarify what truly happened to Charity and her children.

Interestingly, just a day before the bodies were found, Charity appeared in court during a custody hearing, where a ruling granted Dr. Bialis joint custody of their children. According to his attorney, the children were supposed to spend alternating weeks between their parents.

“A tragic event occurred sometime around December 3, before Mr. Bialis was set to bring the children home,” Pierce noted, expressing that the doctor is now left heartbroken, having lost not only his family but also the opportunity to care for his children.
