The situation surrounding Sherone Moore continues to evolve. On Thursday, it was uncovered that the former head coach of Michigan State’s football team had been following several OnlyFans and Instagram models. He even mentioned that an OnlyFans model had “slipped” into her direct messages.
In a post on X, it was mentioned that Moore attended a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, a music mogul with a checkered past. Earlier this week, he was dismissed due to an “inappropriate relationship” with an employee and was taken into custody Wednesday night.
Mia Soleti, an OnlyFans model and fitness influencer, noted on X that she wasn’t surprised by Moore’s attempts to connect with an OnlyFans model, implying that it seemed typical behavior for him. Following the news, many users scoured Moore’s social media, leading to the discovery that he follows numerous Instagram models, including many college women.
“Check out Sherone Moore’s follow list,” one user tweeted, describing it as absurd that he’s mostly following fan models and female reporters, labeling him a “scammer.” Soleti agreed, affirming that it definitely seemed that way.
Interestingly, a sports podcast host spotted a photo of Soleti from a few years ago when she was at Michigan Stadium cheering for the Wolverines. Investigations into Moore’s social media history also brought to light that he attended a Kentucky Derby party hosted by Combs at the Louisville Palace Hotel back in 2018.
In a tweet celebrating the Kentucky Derby, Moore expressed his enthusiasm for being part of the Michigan family and hinted at the festivities. This particular party predated Combs’ notorious “White Party,” where serious allegations arose.
Moore has been married since 2015 and has three daughters with his wife. After his arrest, he was held at Washtenaw County Jail. Details regarding any potential charges have not been disclosed yet.
Pittsfield police confirmed that they responded to an incident related to an assault investigation. They have one suspect in custody, and the nature of the incident appears to be targeted rather than random. The suspect remains in jail as authorities review the case.
Earlier on Wednesday, Moore was let go by athletic director Ward Manuel. Following this, the president of Michigan, Domenico Grasso, sent out a message to students addressing Moore’s firing. The email indicated that Moore was terminated due to his inappropriate relationship, which violated university policy, and emphasized the school’s commitment to a culture of respect and accountability.
Grasso remarked that this breach of trust felt painful to many within the community. The university is committed to maintaining a safe environment and will continue to investigate the matter to ensure that all facts are known.
As for the potential charges against Moore, those are expected to be announced sometime after Friday. The Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office mentioned they cannot comment further until a determination is made regarding any charges, as it’s still an ongoing investigation.
