Ronnie Radke Seeks Restraining Order Against Brittany Furlan

Ronnie Radke has taken steps to file a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan, the wife of Tommy Lee. Radke alleges that Furlan has been harassing him ever since revelations came out that she had been catfished by someone pretending to be the Falling In Reverse frontman.

The 42-year-old musician claims that Furlan’s harassment intensified after he stopped responding to her messages during a public dispute on social media that occurred in May. Court documents, reviewed by Fox News Digital, detail incidents where Furlan reportedly drove to Radke’s residence and waited outside. In a particularly unsettling episode, she showed up uninvited at his medical spa appointment and, according to the filings, “stared at me.”

Additionally, Radke submitted a collection of screenshots depicting text exchanges between Furlan and her husband discussing the alleged infidelity. He insists that the Snapchat account Furlan was in contact with was not his.

Furlan, who has publicly addressed the situation online, dismissed the notion that she was catfished. She suggested that Radke was, in fact, the individual behind the Snapchat messages during a challenging time in her marriage to Lee.

Representatives for Furlan stated that she is the real victim of harassment in this ongoing issue. “Mr. Furlan is upset to learn that this petition has been filed because he is the only victim of harassment,” said Furlan’s attorney, Lou Shapiro, urging legal actions to defend against what he calls a frivolous lawsuit and to protect Furlan.

This feud, originating in May, has included several explosive posts from Radke on Instagram. He alleged that Lee had threatened him over the catfishing incident, reiterating that he was not involved and that the messages came from someone impersonating him. Radke has emphasized that he spoke out only because he felt he was being “abused” by Lee and others.

In a turn of events, Furlan shared her thoughts on the situation, claiming she had received messages from someone she believed was Radke. The communication escalated, and she felt she couldn’t save the messages because she was in a vulnerable state. “He said it’s not him. That’s fine, whatever. I don’t care,” she remarked.

In an effort to clarify the incidents, Furlan explained to her husband about the conversations she had been having online and admitted, “I will make no excuses.” She noted how her interactions, seemingly innocent at first, led to complications in her marriage.
