Big Day for Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld
Sunday looked like an exciting day for Josh Allen and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld.
While the Oscar-nominated actress gears up for a big performance, Allen is set to lead the Bills in a wild-card game against the Jaguars in Jacksonville. This all takes place during the 83rd Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles.
Steinfeld, who is 29, was announced as one of the presenters for the awards ceremony, alongside stars like George Clooney, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Garner, Kevin Hart, Melissa McCarthy, and Snoop Dogg. The event will be hosted by comedian Nikki Glazer.
Interestingly, her film “Sinners” snagged seven Golden Globe nominations, including one for Best Drama.
This comes shortly after Steinfeld revealed she is pregnant with their first child. The couple tied the knot in May after getting engaged in November 2024.
On the football front, Allen is making his seventh postseason appearance with the Bills.
Despite not having Patrick Mahomes or Joe Burrow in this year’s playoff race, the road to the 2026 Super Bowl won’t be easy.
The first challenge for the Bills is a formidable Jaguars team.
Under first-year coach Liam Cohen, the Jaguars finished the regular season with a solid 13-4 record, clinching the AFC South title for the first time since 2022.
Quarterback Trevor Lawrence, who was the first overall pick in 2021, achieved a career-high of 29 touchdown passes in 2025.
At halftime, the Bills were ahead 10-7.
If the Bills end up with a 1-1 record on Sunday, all eyes could shift to coach Sean McDermott, who has been leading the team since 2017. There’s some chatter that Bills ownership may grow impatient if the team falls short of the playoffs, especially with notable players like Mahomes out.
Last January, the Bills made it to the AFC Championship Game but narrowly lost to the Chiefs, with a final score of 32-29.
