Kyrsten Sinema confronted by men who claim she is their 'lover' following shocking 'homewrecker' lawsuit

Kyrsten Sinema’s Panel Discussion Turns Chaotic

Recently, during a panel discussion in Salt Lake City, former Senator Kyrsten Sinema was interrupted by two men who claimed they were involved with her. Just days after that unexpected scene, Sinema faced a serious lawsuit from the ex-wife of her former bodyguard, who accused Sinema of being responsible for the end of their marriage.

Sinema, representing Arizona, was discussing various topics with Utah Governor Spencer Cox when this turmoil unfolded. The panel had just touched on Brigham Young University, Sinema’s alma mater, when the first disruption occurred. Sinema humorously commented about being called a cougar, a nod to the university’s mascot, when a man suddenly stood up and declared, “I have a confession to make. I’m actually in a relationship with Kyrsten Sinema.” According to reports, event staff had to escort him out, but another person quickly made similar claims.

“I’m happy to call her my sweetheart… Because of you my wife is leaving me. She’s taking her children,” one shouted during the ruckus. Neither man was detained, and it wasn’t clear if they were serious or just joking. Sinema, in a bid to regain control of the situation, expressed surprise, saying, “I didn’t plan on that, I promise,” after the audience settled down.

This eyebrow-raising incident followed closely on the heels of news about the lawsuit from Heather Ummel, the ex-wife of Sinema’s former bodyguard. Ummel, a mother of three, alleges that Sinema and her ex-husband had an affair that ultimately contributed to the collapse of their 14-year marriage. The lawsuit highlights that their romantic relationship flourished during trips together to Las Vegas, Napa Valley, and even Saudi Arabia.

The lawsuit asserts that prior to Sinema’s involvement, Ummel and her ex-husband had a loving marriage. It claims that Sinema’s actions led to a breakdown of that marital affection. Seeking over $25,000, this lawsuit was initially filed in September but moved to federal court recently. Interestingly, North Carolina has a “homewrecker law” that permits former spouses to sue for such cases.

Additionally, the complaint mentions that Sinema allegedly suggested her bodyguard try MDMA to cope with mental health struggles, including PTSD and injuries from his deployments, and even offered to “guide” him through the experience. It’s quite a tangled web indeed.
