Bill O’Reilly Shares Update on Health

Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly revealed on his website Tuesday that he is dealing with an unspecified illness. He was notably absent from a scheduled appearance on NewsNation’s show with Chris Cuomo, who mentioned, “He’s sick…he’ll be back soon.” O’Reilly’s update mentioned a hopeful outlook on his recovery, but specific details weren’t provided.

“Hello No Spin Nation. I’m sorry but I’m sick. We have great doctors and we’ll fight the good fight,” he stated. He reassured fans that his fingers are unaffected, promising to keep them informed about himself and the news cycle. “Hopefully, I’ll be back in the saddle soon,” he added.

O’Reilly is known for his show “No Spin News,” which he started in August 2017 after his departure from Fox News in April 2017. This departure was amid allegations of sexual harassment, which he has denied. He expressed disappointment over the situation, highlighting the challenges faced by public figures.

O’Reilly’s relationship with former President Donald Trump has also been noted, with them recently attending a New York Yankees game together.

This announcement comes in light of several notable health issues in the public sphere, including the passing of “Dilbert” creator Scott Adams due to prostate cancer and surgeries involving other prominent figures.

O’Reilly did not provide further comments when approached for more information.
