On Tuesday’s episode of Donald Trump Jr.’s podcast “Triggered,” Peter Schweitzer, a senior contributor at Breitbart News, shared his thoughts on the ongoing turmoil in Minneapolis.
President Trump remarked, “A different kind of tragic shooting occurred over the weekend, but when you examine how these events are organized, you find elements involved that are former Special Forces soldiers. They’re experienced with counterinsurgency tactics. They communicate through numerous signals and group chats, and every participant has a specific role. It’s clear this is not a spontaneous event; it resembles a well-planned counter-insurgency operation akin to those in Afghanistan or Iraq. It’s likely part of a private playbook. From what I see, this isn’t merely a peaceful protest.”
Schweitzer agreed, stating, “The evidence supporting this view is quite substantial.”
Trump continued, “Many Americans are preoccupied with their own struggles. Life is tough; it’s not easy for them. They’re unaware of the deeper organizational dynamics or the foreign influences on these groups or how they’re motivated to act this way.”
He added, “This clearly indicates an insurrection is taking place.”
