Snoop Dogg expressed his support for his daughter, Cori Broadus, following the unfortunate passing of her 10-month-old daughter, Cody.
On Saturday, the rapper shared a photo with three of his four children: Cori, who is 26, and his sons Corde, 31, and Cordell, 28. He captioned the image simply with “💖🙏🏾.”
As the family processes this devastating loss, many fans commented on Snoop’s post, offering their condolences.
“Sending love to you all,” wrote one commenter.
Another added, “Sending prayers and love. I’m so sorry.” A third person shared, “Prayers and thoughts to you and your family 🤲🏾🕊️,” while yet another said, “Sending love and positive energy to the whole family 🙏🏽.”
Cori revealed the tragic news on Saturday, noting that her daughter had passed away 10 months after being born prematurely.
“On Monday, I lost the love of my life. My Kodi,” she posted on her Instagram stories, alongside a touching black-and-white image of her holding her baby in the hospital.
Cori’s fiancé, Wayne Duce, also mourned publicly. He shared, “I’m the saddest since you broke up with Kody Draw,” writing above a photo of them together. “But I know you’re safe. Daddy will always love you, my baby.”
Last month, she celebrated bringing her baby girl home after a long 10-month stay in the NICU, posting, “She’s home. 🤍” and expressing gratitude for all the prayers and love she received.
Back in February 2025, Cori had shared the news of Kodi’s birth, which occurred via C-section six months early. She had been diagnosed with HELLP syndrome, a serious pregnancy complication, and reflected that waiting even a few days longer could have led to severe consequences.
