Concerns Over Islamization in the U.S.
Beau French, a prominent figure who previously served as the chairman of the Tarrant County Republican Party, is raising alarms about what he sees as the increasing Islamization in the West. He’s particularly vocal about developments in Minnesota, drawing attention to the involvement of Muslim communities there.
French stated, “Thank God for what’s happening in Minnesota, because the images from there really tell a story. It’s not just about the Somali population; they’re all Muslims too. Look at places like Dearborn in Michigan; things there are quite alarming,” during an interview with Blaze TV host Sarah Gonzalez on “Sara Gonzalez Unfiltered.”
He mentioned the presence of 330 mosques in Texas and cited videos circulating on social media, claiming some imams openly express intentions to “conquer our society.”
“That’s exactly the issue,” Gonzalez concurred. She urged people to look into historical contexts and religious texts, suggesting that the goals being pursued are clear and vocal. She noted that Americans should protect Muslims under the umbrella of “religious freedom.”
French disagrees with this premise and argues, “It’s not just a religion; it’s a political system.” He shared that the Council on American-Islamic Relations has targeted him for his views and advocacy.
In his controversial remarks, French contended that he may have been the first to call for a ban on Islam in Texas, proposing to shut down mosques and related structures entirely. “We need to ban everything associated with Islam,” he declared.
He continued to express skepticism, mentioning that fraud might be even more rampant in Texas than what has been uncovered in Minnesota. “This state is much larger with a sizable immigrant population. If they can find fraud in Minnesota, imagine what’s being done here by people from India and elsewhere,” he commented, adding a rather disparaging view of those involved in Minnesota’s issues.
