Chloe Cole Discusses Landmark Medical Malpractice Ruling

Detransitioned influencer Chloe Cole shared her thoughts on a significant medical ruling during a Fox News appearance. A fellow detransitioned woman recently won a $2 million medical malpractice lawsuit against a former surgeon and psychologist.

The woman, Varian, sued her healthcare provider after being pressured into having a double mastectomy at the age of 16. The jury granted her $1.6 million, with an additional $400,000 earmarked for future medical expenses related to her past and ongoing suffering.

“Honestly, I don’t believe $2 million even scratches the surface of what these doctors have done to my generation,” Cole remarked to host Jackie Heinrich on “America’s Newsroom.” She expressed that if all involved clinics had to face severe financial repercussions, it would be a more fitting response, though she noted that the ruling could positively influence the remaining 28 cases pending, including hers.

Cole went on to argue that as more individuals come forward expressing regret over their transitions, the number of infections and related health issues will likely escalate. “There could be countless detransitioned individuals globally who have been harmed at a young age. These irreversible changes are, well, tragic. Every child who has faced this should receive significant support,” she stated.

When asked about a recent Fox News poll indicating voter preference for Democrats over Republicans on transgender matters, Cole noted that it’s not surprising that those speaking out are doubling down on their positions. “The foundation of transgender ideology isn’t grounded in science or morality; it’s primarily ideological. A disturbing number of politicians and medical professionals pushing this agenda seem driven by profits and a misguided belief that causing irreparable harm is somehow in children’s best interests to prevent suicide,” she added.

Cole concluded by describing the prevailing narrative given to parents as misleading. “They often suggest that there are no options left, and unfortunately, many doctors know exactly the implications of their actions,” she asserted.
