Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have reached a temporary custody agreement amid their ongoing custody dispute.
They met recently during a mediation session to sort out the initial details. The exact terms of the agreement haven’t been disclosed, but it appears both sides have formally signed it.
While the couple has been separating for over two years, this new step might bring them closer to finalizing their divorce.
Representatives for Zolciak and Biermann haven’t commented yet.
The pair, married since November 2011, announced their divorce twelve years later.
They share six children: Brielle, 28; Arianna, 23; Kroy Jagger “KJ,” 13; Kash Cade, 12; and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Biermann legally adopted Brielle and Arianna in July 2013.
Their breakup has been anything but smooth, with both facing financial difficulties and publicly criticizing one another.
In June 2025, Zolciak accused Biermann of being an absent father, but two months later, he filed for sole custody of the kids.
Since Zolciak filed for divorce in May 2023, accusations and claims have flown between them, both citing financial woes.
Zolciak, 47, stated on Kristin Cavallari’s podcast that Biermann hadn’t supported the children financially in years.
Meanwhile, the former NFL player, 40, sought sole custody in August 2025, even though Zolciak argued he had been the main provider.
In the court filing, Biermann alleged that Zolciak had subjected the children to “emotional and psychological abuse.” Before their recent discussions, they had a custody schedule that alternated weekly. However, Biermann noted that this arrangement wasn’t ideal, citing the lack of structure in Zolciak’s home.
Since their separation, Zolciak has started a relationship with entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz, who is also navigating his own divorce issues.
They initially married in March 2025. Biermann allegedly reached out to Mowitz’s estranged wife to warn her about Zolciak’s spending habits.
