New Yorkers are investing quite a bit into OnlyFans.

Last year, the city spent around $87 million on this content platform, which has become well-known for its adult-oriented material, making it the leading city in terms of spending in the U.S.

A significant portion of that expenditure, roughly $38 million, came from Manhattan. Subscribers there have shelled out on various racy videos, uncensored images, and even some culinary recipes, according to data from OnlyGuider.

In terms of expenditure per capita, Manhattan residents averaged about $228,677 for every 10,000 people. That’s notably higher than both the city and state averages—2.3 times and 2.7 times, respectively.

Queens ranked second, albeit with much lower spending, at about $15,956,500 last year.

Despite its larger population, Brooklyn came in third, spending around $14,676,100 on OnlyFans.

OnlyGuider also noted that the Bronx spent more than $6,347,033, while Staten Island’s expenditure was around $3,160,583.

In addition to these tracked numbers, there was another $23.8 million spent in the city that couldn’t be attributed to specific boroughs.

The total calculated by OnlyGuider for New York City reached approximately $87.24 million.

“Think of New York City as a giant bucket with the boroughs as five smaller jars inside it,” said Sam Pearce, CEO of OnlyGuider.

“Most of the cash ends up in the jars, but about $24 million is in the bucket, which means we know it was spent in the city but can’t assign it to a specific area because we base our data on search volume,” he explained.

Overall, the five boroughs accounted for 38% of New York State’s total spending of $167.1 million on OnlyFans in 2025, outpacing any other U.S. city.

Los Angeles came in second place with $71,342,933 spent last year.

While OnlyGuider hasn’t disclosed who the top spenders are, notable figures have included adult actress Angela White and the controversial model known as Bonnie Blue.

The analysis of spending is derived from search volume related to “OnlyFans,” which primarily features adult-themed content, although some creators also provide non-X-rated material.

Interestingly, New Yorkers reportedly spent nearly $13 million specifically on transgender content, according to an OnlyGuider spokesperson.

The searches also often included terms like “free,” “nude,” and “Asian” content.

“The ‘free’ aspect is intriguing because a lot of people are just looking for complimentary material, yet creators are trying to entice payments through direct messages,” the spokesperson noted.
