Jessica Alba Finalizes Divorce from Cash Warren

Jessica Alba, at 44, has officially finalized her divorce from film producer Cash Warren, marking the end of their 16-year marriage and nearly 20 years together.

Documents indicate that the couple shares joint custody of their three children: Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8, and neither seems to be obligated to pay spousal support. Reportedly, Alba will pay Warren $3 million as part of the asset division, with half to be made right away and the rest a year later.

Additionally, Alba has changed her legal last name back to Alba, officially closing this chapter of her life.

They cited irreconcilable differences in their divorce filings. Alba initiated the process in February 2025, stating Dec. 27, 2024, as their separation date.

Alba took to social media in January 2025 to announce their breakup candidly, suggesting that this decision had been on her mind for a while. She mentioned she has been on a path of self-discovery for years, both personally and alongside Warren.

The pair first met during the filming of Fantastic Four back in 2004 and tied the knot in 2008, growing their family as they pursued careers in Hollywood and entrepreneurship.

Since the divorce, it seems Alba is moving forward. She was spotted in July 2025 with actor Danny Ramirez after a vacation in Cancun, which stirred rumors about their relationship. She later confirmed they were dating, sharing moments from a subsequent trip to Australia that showcased their undeniable chemistry.
