Bunny Zoe shared that her relationship with her husband, Jelly Roll, has had its ups and downs, especially regarding their intimate life. She mentioned that it was challenging, particularly when he was heavier.
In a recent conversation with a podcast, she expressed her admiration for Jelly Roll’s recent enthusiasm and new outlook on life.
Bunny, who is 46, remarked, “It’s so playful and a bit dizzying just to see him evolve into the person I’ve always envisioned.”
She elaborated, noting that even at 500 pounds, he had an underlying agility. “He was always athletic beneath that weight,” she said. Now that he’s shed some pounds, it seems to have infused him with newfound joy. “If he’s happy, that makes me happy too,” she added.
Jelly Roll, married to Bunny since 2016, also opened up about the impact of his weight on their intimacy during a podcast last December.
“My sex life was pretty dismal,” he recalled, saying he felt too heavy to feel excited. He emphasized that the issue wasn’t Bunny but rather his own struggles.
He humorously compared sex at times to playing a game of Twister, describing how complicated it could be. “I was in such a tough spot,” he admitted. “I had to navigate around just to make it work.”
Reflecting on his journey, Jelly Roll explained how his battles with addiction and weight affected his family dynamics. “When addiction takes hold, families adjust to accommodate,” he noted. “It struck me just how much my issues were harming them.” At one point, he weighed 550 pounds, which he described as feeling like a “zombie.”
Having lost weight, now down to 265 pounds, he feels an undeniable difference. He shared that there was a time when they needed to use two queen-size beds since he could no longer fit in a king-size. “Now? I’m like a teenager again, running around the house. I feel so alive!” He added a playful touch, saying, “I pop out from behind corners like the Pink Panther.”
