Obama Talks Aliens: A Clear Stance
In a recent discussion, former President Barack Obama expressed his views on extraterrestrial life, stating plainly that aliens are “real.” However, he made it clear that during his presidency, he never encountered any concrete evidence of such life.
Over the weekend, Obama stirred up conversations online after appearing on a liberal podcast where he confidently asserted the existence of aliens while also debunking theories that claim the government is hiding them at Area 51 in Nevada.
He remarked, “Statistically speaking, the universe is so vast that there is a good chance that there is life in it,” but he noted that the distances between our solar systems are likely too great for aliens to visit Earth. He added, “During my presidency, we saw no evidence that extraterrestrial life had contacted us.”
These comments were made during an episode of “No Lie with Brian Tyler Cohen.” When questioned about aliens, Obama affirmed, “They’re real. But I haven’t seen them. They’re not kept at Area 51.” He dismissed the idea of an underground facility, suggesting that if such a thing existed, it would require a significant conspiracy hidden even from the president himself.
Obama has previously hinted at his belief in alien life. In a 2021 appearance on CBS’s “The Late Late Show,” he shared that he inquired about aliens right after taking office in 2009, wondering if there was a lab with alien specimens. He concluded that there was no such facility.
He acknowledged that while there are videos and images of unidentified objects in the sky, their nature remains a mystery. He noted that their movements are difficult to explain, saying, “You can’t explain how they moved, their trajectory.”
The interest surrounding UFOs has surged in recent years, with many strange encounters documented, albeit often on blurry footage. One notable example includes radar captured by a U.S. Air Force drone over the Middle East some years ago.
Interestingly, former President Donald Trump expressed skepticism regarding claims of alien life on Earth. In a 2019 interview, he said, “They do say so, and I’ve seen it, read about it, heard about it… But can I believe that? Not particularly.”
