New footage acquired by Page Six reveals Kendra Duggar being taken into custody.
Joseph Duggar’s wife was apprehended last Friday at the Washington County Detention Center located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
In the video, Kendra is shown seated on a bench beside another individual, awaiting further instructions.
Later, she was directed to another area where she needed to place her hands against the wall while an officer conducted a search. After her teeth were briefly examined, an official asked if they were done with her. Once she removed her shoes, officers escorted the “Counting On” star to another room with her hands secured behind her back.
Kendra, who is 27, and her husband Joseph, 31, face charges of four counts each of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree false imprisonment.
At the moment, Joseph remains in custody, while Kendra was able to post $1,470 bail and was released shortly after 6 p.m. It’s unclear who covered her bail.
Just last week, Kendra had her mug shot taken. Her hair looked unkempt, and she appeared quite serious.
After being released, she was spotted in a car outside the detention center, visibly shaken.
In the meantime, Joseph is being kept in a secured section of the facility under constant monitoring. He is expected to be transferred to a Florida prison this week for unrelated issues.
He was arrested in Florida on Wednesday, facing accusations of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office stated that he has been charged with lewd and lascivious actions involving a minor under 12 years old, as well as similar charges involving an adult over 18.
