Sarah Jane Ramos Embraces Growth After Split from Dak Prescott
Sarah Jane Ramos is shifting her focus toward personal growth following her recent breakup with fiancé Dak Prescott.
The mother of two, who called off their planned destination wedding to the Cowboys quarterback, took to her Instagram Stories with an empowering message on Tuesday.
In her post, which included a gym selfie, she wrote, “Growth in all its forms,” accompanied by emojis of flexed biceps and praying hands.
Recent weeks have been tumultuous for both Ramos and Prescott, who are both 32. The couple was set to get married next month in Italy’s Lake Como after becoming engaged in 2024.
A source shared that Ramos, who is a certified wine and spirits specialist, became concerned over Prescott’s past communications with other women during their relationship.
Issues arose during a joint party for two bachelorette celebrations in the Bahamas, leading Ramos to discover that Prescott allegedly used secret social media accounts to send inappropriate messages to various women and ex-girlfriends.
Sources indicate that Ramos’ relationship with Prescott is now “over,” but they are committed to co-parenting their daughters, Margaret Jane and nine-month-old Aurora.
Last week, she made a return to social media, sharing a photo featuring her children.
Ramos and Prescott’s relationship was first made public in 2023, and their engagement announcement followed a year later.
Prescott proposed with a stunning 10-carat emerald-cut engagement ring, featuring a side stone valued at around $1 million.
Before the engagement news surfaced, Ramos offered her Instagram followers a glimpse into the Bachelorette festivities and extended her appreciation to her close friends.
“I truly believe that if you have truly great friends, you can overcome anything in life,” she noted in one post. “I love these girls so much.”
