It’s been nearly a year since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got engaged, prompting fans to speculate that a wedding could be imminent. However, details are, well, quite elusive.

Kyrie Kelce, married to Travis’s brother Jason, who is an NFL player himself, recently urged fans to stop probing her about the couple’s wedding timeline. She humorously mentioned that it might be better to quit asking their family members about it, adding that the situation surrounding the wedding remains a mystery.

“Honestly, and I hope this comes from a good place, but please just stop asking me and my mother-in-law about when they’re tying the knot,” Kyrie said. “I don’t have any information, and believe me, no one else does either. It’s just a private family matter.”

She even joked about how, even if she did know something, it wouldn’t be her place to share it. The insistence to cease the discussion, which she phrased amusingly, was clear.

As for the couple’s public appearances, fans first spotted Swift at a Kansas City Chiefs game in September 2023. Swift later admitted in an interview that they actually began dating prior to their appearances together at the games.

In fact, back in July, there’s this amusing moment where Kelce mentioned in his podcast that he missed the chance to give her a friendship bracelet during one of Swift’s concerts in Kansas City.

Swift’s frequent attendance at Chiefs games and Kelce’s appearance on stage during her concert have certainly fueled speculation. The couple’s engagement was officially announced last August, following a string of public outings together.

As for Kelce, he shared his plans to return to the Chiefs for his 14th season in the NFL, indicating he’s focused on the upcoming football season while the wedding details remain under wraps.
