Sabrina Carpenter reveals a bold side in her provocative music video for the song 'House Tour'

Pop singer Sabrina Carpenter is making headlines with her new music video.

In the official clip for “House Tour,” the 26-year-old performer appears nude with two of her celebrity friends, Margaret Qualley, daughter of Andie MacDowell, and Madeleine Klein.

A seemingly glamorous girls’ night takes a wild turn as the trio breaks into a lavish mansion, creating a scene of chaos.

The women, wearing little more than lingerie, raid the home’s liquor supply, take bubble baths, and even abscond with cash and jewelry before the police arrive. They manage to escape, with the video concluding as Carpenter and Qualley run over a man with their getaway car.

The narrative draws parallels to the notorious Bling Ring, which involved a group of fame-obsessed teens breaking into celebrity homes.

There are definitely sexual undertones in “House Tour,” where the house serves as a metaphor.

Carpenter sings, “Would you like to take a tour of the house? We’ll take you on the first, second, and third floors, I want you to come in, but never through the back door.”

Co-directed by Carpenter and Qualley, the video was shared enthusiastically by Carpenter on Instagram around its release.

This project showcases Carpenter’s shift towards a bolder persona, especially in contrast to her earlier days as a Disney star in Girl Meets World.

“I don’t think it matters if I’m not part of some childhoods,” Carpenter mentioned previously. “But I can’t really do anything about that. It’s not my fault I started working at 12 and you won’t let me grow.”

Some critics have voiced concerns about her risqué lyrics and her controversial cover for “Man’s Best Friend,” which depicted her in a provocative way.

Nevertheless, Carpenter remains unapologetic. “People may say, ‘Oh, she’ll say anything,’ but that’s not true,” she expressed. “I have my limits. If you don’t like what I’m doing, it’s simply not for you. If you do, great! Let’s enjoy it.”

Ultimately, the song “Man’s Best Friend” achieved significant success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200.
