Paulina Gretzky Caddies for Dustin Johnson at Masters Par 3 Contest

Paulina Gretzky, daughter of hockey great Wayne Gretzky and wife of LIV golf star Dustin Johnson, stepped in as her husband’s caddy during the Masters Par 3 Contest held on Wednesday.

The Par 3 Contest is a fun event that happens before the official start of the Masters tournament, allowing golfers to aim for a hole-in-one at the scenic Augusta National. It’s the kind of laid-back atmosphere where families can really enjoy the day together.

Gretzky was photographed alongside Johnson, who finished the event with a score of 1 over par. The contest was ultimately won by Aaron Rye. She also chatted with Nicole Willett, wife of golfer Danny Willett, during the event.

This isn’t Paulina’s first time at the Masters; she has been part of the festivities for several years, notably in 2020 when Johnson secured his first green jacket. That year was different, though, as the tournament was pushed back to November due to COVID-19. Johnson had an outstanding performance that year, posting a final score of 20 under.

Johnson’s Performance and Future Plans

Johnson’s win at the Masters was a notable highlight, especially as he was among the inaugural golfers to join LIV Golf, making his debut in June 2022. Since then, he has accumulated three individual titles in the LIV Golf Series, including victories at the Boston Invitational, Tulsa, and Las Vegas events. However, he hasn’t secured a win since February 2024.

As of now, after five tournaments in this season, he stands ranked 26th, with his best showing being a tie for 10th in Singapore. His participation in the Masters continues, with his first-round tee time scheduled for Thursday at 9:43 a.m. ET.
