Adult film actress writes to judge regarding Penthouse Pet Adva Lavie's sexual experiences

The ex-husband of Adva Ravi, a porn star and former Penthouse Pet, has shared a candid letter with a California court, disclosing private aspects of their relationship and her background as a flight attendant.

In this letter, which was seen by the California Post, Edan Ives appealed for his wife’s release from her electronic monitoring bracelet, attesting to her character.

“I met Adva in 2019 when she was a flight attendant and I happened to be on her flight,” he shared. “We fell in love and tied the knot in 2021,” he went on.

Ives described their relationship as open-minded and unconventional, stating, “We believe in non-monogamous relationships” and expressed their hopes of starting a family together.

He also mentioned that they were seeking guidance from a rabbi, noting that Lavie is “dressing modestly” and focusing on her emotional and spiritual well-being.

The letter came just before her new fiancé, billionaire Stephen Krubeck, proposed to her at a Valentine’s Day event in Las Vegas. It revealed her dream of motherhood, emphasizing her desire to raise a daughter with strength and wisdom while teaching her to avoid being exploited by older men.

However, prosecutors allege that between 2023 and 2025, LaVey used dating apps to pursue relationships with wealthy men across Los Angeles County, including areas like Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

This so-called “Honey Trapper” is facing multiple felony charges, including grand larceny and identity theft.

In court, prosecutors advocated for updates to Ravi’s GPS monitoring to ensure compliance. A wedding for Lavie and Krubeck is planned for June 18 in Jerusalem.

Ives elaborated on the difficulties posed by the ankle monitor, expressing that it added unwarranted humiliation, portraying her as dangerous despite her innocence. He noted her eagerness to visit her ill mother in Israel, whom he knows is very important to her.

It’s worth noting that both Ives and Ravi filed for a joint divorce on March 3 in Clark County, Nevada, with Ives also having faced consequences from a 2022 fatal accident that claimed a motorcyclist’s life.

After being arrested on June 8, 2023, Ives was convicted of vehicular manslaughter, receiving a 20-day jail sentence and probation for one year. A judge has mandated that Lavie is not allowed to leave California without permission and she is set to return to court in mid-May.
