New Season of “What Did I Miss?” Premieres

After several months away from society, five contestants are thrust back into reality, tasked with distinguishing between fact and fiction for a chance to win $50,000.

“I isolated five players for 90 days without any cell phones or internet access,” said Greg Gutfeld of Fox News, announcing the new season. The show, titled “What Did I Miss?”, challenges players to adapt, having missed out on significant news events.

Gutfeld remarked, “They’ve been unaware of all the headlines and scandals—essentially, everything that’s gone on—and the reason they agreed to this blackout? It’s all about the money.”

Returning to Fox Nation on Monday, Gutfeld celebrated the premiere of this high-stakes game show. Contestants have to navigate a world filled with information they haven’t encountered for months.

Controversial World Events Await

Similar to the first season, the contestants were placed in a remote area in upstate New York right after Thanksgiving, remaining in isolation until after Valentine’s Day. Gutfeld teased, “Can they differentiate between fiction and fact, or did they just spend three months in a secluded farmhouse without much to do?”

By the time the contestants left, critical global issues and political events—like ongoing international conflicts and significant scandals—had unfolded without their knowledge.

“It’s astonishing how much can change in just 90 days,” Gutfeld said. “Unfortunately for our players, they missed every moment of this exciting news.”

Fox News contributor Cat Timpf and comedian Jamie Risseau were responsible for evaluating the contestants before isolating them. They carefully checked their belongings before entering, ensuring no communication devices slipped through.

Some contestants attempted to sneak in smartphones or forbidden items, but nothing made it past the inspection. With the players isolated, all eyes are on Gutfeld and the challenges he will present.

“Despite all rationale, people chose to participate in this wild game show again,” Gutfeld noted about the show’s comeback. “And the only barrier between them and winning is… me.”

New episodes of “What Did I Miss?” will be available for streaming starting May 4th and May 11th.
