Upstate New York DoorDash Driver Indicted for Filming Naked Customer
A DoorDash driver in upstate New York has been indicted for allegedly recording a naked, inebriated customer and posting it on TikTok after claiming he was sexually harassed.
Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in court on Friday in Oswego County after a grand jury decided to proceed with a felony indictment related to a viral video she recorded in 2025 during a birth. Henderson has reportedly pleaded not guilty through her attorney. She will remain free as the case unfolds and is set to return to court in June.
The charges arise from an incident on October 12, 2025, where prosecutors assert that Henderson filmed a man sleeping without pants on from his front door and posted the clip online. The video gained considerable attention, garnering nearly 30 million views before being taken down.
Legal documents accuse Henderson of “degrading” the victim by recording “the intimate parts of a person without their knowledge or consent at a time and place where there was a reasonable expectation of privacy.”
Henderson contends that she was subjected to sexual harassment and even filed a police report after posting the video, stating in a TikTok clip, “My customers wanted their order left at the door. When I got to their home, the door was wide open, and they were in full view, lying on the couch and performing lewd acts.”
However, investigators later found that the man was simply passed out from alcohol inside his home and had not interacted with her at all.
As a result, she was arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance and first-degree unlawful dissemination of surveillance images.
Henderson made her initial court appearance in December 2025, which received significant attention on social media. At her arraignment on Friday, Judge Armen Nazarian prohibited cameras in the courtroom.
After the incident, DoorDash announced that its account had been disabled, stating, “Posting videos of customers’ homes and revealing their personal information is a clear violation of our policies. This was the reason for the deactivation of this Dasher’s account, alongside the customer’s account during our investigation.”
Henderson remains free on bail as the case continues, and if convicted, she faces a potential sentence of up to eight years in prison.
