Rudy Giuliani Hospitalized
On Sunday evening, a representative for Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City, shared that the 81-year-old is in critical condition in a hospital in Florida.
Spokesman Ted Goodman confirmed, “Mr. Giuliani is currently hospitalized.” He also mentioned, “He remains in serious but stable condition. Mayor Giuliani is a warrior who has faced every challenge in life with unwavering strength, and he is fighting with the same level of strength as we speak.”
Goodman urged people to pray for Giuliani, expressing hope for his recovery.
Following the announcement, various figures expressed their support and well-wishes. President Donald Trump commented on Truth Social, saying, “Our wonderful Rudy Giuliani, a true warrior and the greatest mayor New York City has ever had, has been hospitalized. What a tragedy that he was treated so badly by the radical left lunatics and all the Democrats – and he was right about everything!”
Former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, who also has ties to New York City, reflected on Giuliani’s impact, stating, “He accomplished an economic and public safety miracle in a relatively short period of time.” He added, “I hope he gets through this. The world needs more of him.”
Former New York City mayor Eric Adams remarked that Giuliani “dedicated his life to this city, from his time as federal prosecutor to leading New York until 9/11. He was there when we needed him most.” Adams also mentioned he would pray for Giuliani’s recovery.
By Monday morning, Giuliani’s team had not provided additional details regarding his health or the specifics of his hospitalization.
