Heather Locklear Attends Daughter’s Wedding with Lorenzo Lamas

This past weekend, Heather Locklear was at her daughter Ava’s wedding, bringing along Lorenzo Lamas as her date. Ava, who is 28, married Tyler Farrar at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito, California. They were seen walking down the aisle together, a touching moment captured in a photo.

Locklear and Richie Sambora, Ava’s father, were once one of the most talked-about couples in Hollywood during the ’90s. They tied the knot in 1994, welcoming Ava three years later. However, the couple divorced in 2007 after more than a decade together. It’s worth mentioning that despite their split, they have managed to maintain a respectful relationship and have discussed co-parenting openly.

In an interview a while back, Sambora reflected on their relationship, saying, “We’re better friends now than we’ve ever been.” He emphasized the importance of communication in co-parenting and expressed a desire to keep things amicable for their daughter’s well-being.

Interestingly, both Locklear and Sambora have moved on to new relationships. Lamas, who just recently started dating Locklear, was in attendance at the wedding. They made their relationship public in April, which seemed to surprise some given their history.

Locklear ended her engagement to Chris Heisser last May, and she has candidly mentioned that her marriage to Heisser didn’t hold significant importance for her. Now, she seems to be happy with Lamas, and they even made their public debut as a couple at an event just a few months ago.

As for Sambora, it’s reported he is in a “great relationship” with someone who was also at Ava’s wedding. In a world where relationships sometimes seem complicated, both families appear to be putting their best foot forward for the sake of their children.
