Henry Nowak Stabbing: Elon Musk Promises to Support Lawsuit Against 'Appalling Justifications for Law Enforcement'

Elon Musk’s Reaction to Stabbing Incident in the UK

Elon Musk has addressed the controversy surrounding the tragic case of Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old who was fatally stabbed after police handcuffed him amid claims of racism. Musk has pledged to support lawsuits against the police, criticizing their actions as “tiring excuses for law enforcement.”

“It’s unconscionable,” Musk expressed in a post on X, stating, “I would gladly fund a wrongful death lawsuit against these disgusting excuses from law enforcement. They would be far better off fired.”

His remarks came in response to a post by Tommy Robinson, which referenced a report from a UK-based user. The daily echo shared details from police body camera footage presented in court.

According to the daily echo, the footage shows officers handcuffing Mr. Nowak while he was lying on his side and stating he could not breathe after being stabbed. The report indicated, “Officers told Mr. Nowak that he was being arrested on suspicion of assault.” Amid his distress, the teenager apparently reiterated that he had been stabbed, followed by another voice questioning, “I don’t think I was stabbed, sweetheart.”

As the video continued, it cut off as CPR was initiated. Prosecutor Neil King shared court records about the trial of Vikram Singh Digwa, a 23-year-old charged with murdering Nowak in December.

During the proceedings, King was quoted as stating, “He’s not unconscious, he’s not breathing,” referencing an officer’s comments from the transcripts.

Musk later inquired whether any disciplinary actions had been taken against the officers involved.

Reports indicate that Nowak succumbed to his injuries after being restrained on December 3, following an incident where Digwa claimed he had been subjected to racist remarks during a night out.

In addition to the murder charge, Digwa faces accusations of possessing a knife in a public space, while his mother, Kiran Kaur, has been charged with helping a suspect.
