In-N-Out Burger Expands to Las Vegas Strip

California’s beloved burger chain, In-N-Out Burger, is set to open a new restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. The latest location will debut on Tuesday at BLVD Las Vegas, which is a vibrant retail and entertainment venue situated at 3747 S. Las Vegas Blvd. The restaurant aims to serve some crowd favorites like double-doubles, animal fries, and shakes in one of the country’s busiest tourist spots.

According to the chain, the new restaurant features 170 indoor seats and another 50 on an outdoor patio. Covering around 8,000 square feet, the restaurant includes a spacious 2,500 square foot terrace, making it potentially the largest In-N-Out in its network.

The new establishment will be overseen by Travis Valente, who has been with In-N-Out for about 15 years. As for employment, the location plans to hire around 70 staff members, offering a starting wage of $18.25 per hour, with ongoing hiring in the months ahead.

The restaurant will open daily at 10:30 a.m. This marks a new addition to the Las Vegas Strip for the popular California chain, which already has another outlet at The Link.

In-N-Out began its journey in Baldwin Park in 1948, founded by Harry and Estelle Snyder as California’s first drive-through hamburger joint. It remains family-owned, now under the stewardship of the Snyder family’s granddaughter, Linci, and has never franchised its locations.

The chain prides itself on using fresh, never-frozen beef patties and hand-cut fries made from whole potatoes. Over the years, In-N-Out has gained a dedicated following, thanks to its simple menu and not-so-secret “secret menu,” appealing to late-night travelers and food enthusiasts alike.

Currently, In-N-Out operates in several states, including California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, and Tennessee.

With its arrival at BLVD Las Vegas, In-N-Out continues to extend beyond its California roots, keeping its headquarters in Southern California.
