Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of Teresa Giudice from “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” was arrested last month on assault charges. This took place on May 14, as reported by Chief Andrew Caggiano of the Montville Township Police Department, who noted that officers responded to an altercation at a local residence.
According to court documents reviewed, Milania was taken into custody around 6:12 p.m. She faces a single charge of simple assault, which falls under NJSA 2C:12-1a(1) concerning Crimes Against Persons with Disabilities, as stated by Caggiano. Milania, who pleaded not guilty, has been released and is awaiting a court date next month.
Caggiano emphasized that a criminal complaint is merely an accusation, reinforcing that Milania is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Court records indicate that representatives for the Giudice family did not reply promptly to inquiries regarding the incident.
Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband Joe have four daughters, including Milania, along with Gia (25), Gabriella (22), and Audriana (16). The couple separated in December 2019, and their divorce was finalized in September 2020.
Teresa married Luis Ruelas in August 2022, about a decade after Joe was convicted of fraud. Notably, Teresa herself had previously served time in prison, receiving a 15-month sentence in 2014 for her role in fraud-related charges. She was released in late 2015.
Joe completed a 41-month sentence in 2019 and was detained by immigration officials until he returned to Italy, where he sought to appeal his deportation case.
