Street Profits Claim Tag Team Championship
The Street Profits have made headlines again, as they just won the New World Tag Team Championships on Monday Night Raw in London. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins triumphed over Austin Theory and Bron Breakker, making it their fourth time capturing tag team gold together.
Since their return to WWE TV post-WrestleMania 42, the tensions between The Street Profits and The Vision have noticeably escalated. Their somewhat unpredictable alliance with Seth Rollins has proven beneficial, even if it feels, well, a bit complicated.
Logan Paul attempted to intervene, trying to help The Vision keep their titles. He placed Theory’s foot on the ropes to halt the count but got caught and kicked out by the referee. But that wasn’t the end of it; Paul also tried to slide in brass knuckles for Theory. This led to Joe Hendry stepping in to disrupt the ongoing chaos.
As the tumult unfolded, Rollins’ music blared, and Breakker anticipated his arrival. Sneaky as ever, Rollins dashed into the ring, taking the brass knuckles away from Theory and landing a strike that, well, left Theory open to a two-on-one assault from The Street Profits.
Ultimately, Ford led the charge, sealing the match and stripping The Vision of their titles. Breakker’s reaction was fiery, especially as Rollins celebrated the victory of The Street Profits.
Looking ahead, Rollins is set for a steel cage clash with Breakker at Night of Champions. It’ll be intriguing to see if The Street Profits back Rollins in this new feud.
