Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence and his wife, Marissa Lawrence, partied the night away with their Jacksonville teammates after Sunday's blowout win over the Panthers.
Marissa posted this on Instagram: photo and video collage From a New Year's Eve party at Hawker's Asian Street Food in Neptune Beach, Florida. There, the couple kissed and toasted with champagne at midnight.
Among Lawrence's Jaguars teammates are defensive end Adam Gosis and his girlfriend Alexandra Sanders, safety Rayshawn Jenkins and his fiancée Emily Lillard, and defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris and his wife. Crystal Robertson-Harris and others were also in attendance. According to Jacksonville Photo Booth Companyposted a photo of the couple on Instagram.
Lawrence, who missed Jacksonville's 26-0 shutout of Carolina due to a shoulder injury, shared a photo of Marissa with a giant balloon emblazoned with the words “2024” in the Jaguars' blue and black. He kissed the side of her cheek.
The photo booth company thanked the Lawrence family for hosting and said the party was “epic.”
In the caption, Marissa added that she had “the most amazing time” and was “so grateful to have been able to ring in the New Year with so many of my loved ones.”
Lawrence and Marissa, who got married in April 2021, went to a party with family and friends on a party bus, according to a video the couple shared on their Instagram Stories.
“To New York with family and friends,” she wrote above the clip.
In 2024, the couple rang after Marissa supported the quarterback as he watched from the sideline as the Jaguars held the Panthers scoreless at Everbank Stadium.
Lawrence, a former No. 1 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, was sidelined with a shoulder injury suffered on Dec. 24 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said The quarterback is “progressing well” but remains day-to-day with a right AC joint sprain.
Event planner Marissa posted a photo of the couple walking hand in hand through the back hallway as they left the stadium.
Marissa wrote “Lots of love” and a heart emoji on top of the photo.
Lawrence's shoulder injury comes just weeks after he suffered a high ankle sprain in the Jaguars' 34-31 overtime loss to the Bengals on Dec. 4.
The Jaguars (9-7) wrapped up the regular season Sunday against the Titans (5-11) in an AFC South showdown in Tennessee.
Jacksonville is currently in a three-way tie with the Colts and Texans for the top of the division.
