Sean Ono Lennon, the son of iconic singer John Lennon, has been in the news quite a bit lately, from attacks on bias in the media during the coronavirus to recent attacks on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). It's upside down.
In Wednesday's X post, Sean Ono Lennon rebranded DEI to a less healthy name.
“Have you ever heard of DEI? It stands for 'Dumb Evil Idiots,'” he said.

Lennon has previously slammed social justice warriors who claim to be fighting “systemic racism”.
“Simply put, those who claim to be fighting 'systemic racism' are doing so by creating systemic racism. And this should surprise absolutely no one. Please,” he said. “And you can also replace the word 'racism' with the word 'oppression.' It's both.”

Sean Ono Lennon became something of a folk hero to contrarians in 2020 when he publicly slammed establishment media for promoting Chinese propaganda during the coronavirus.
“For months, we have listened to ‘respectable’ journalists quote official numbers from the Chinese Communist Party without question or hesitation. They called it the Wuhan virus, then a few days later said it came from China. “We told people who made the claims that they were racist. The public media has lost its legitimacy,” he said.
