Rapper TI, wife Tiny accused of rape, imprisonment: Lawsuit

Rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris are facing a new civil lawsuit from a woman who claims the couple drugged and sexually assaulted her. The celebrity couple vehemently denied the accusations.

An anonymous woman filed a lawsuit against the rapper and his wife in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The woman claims she was introduced to the couple in 2005 through a colleague named “Caviar”. Jane Doe claims she met Caviar the night before at a party at the late rapper Coolio's home.

Jane Doe claims that TI (real name Clifford Harris) and his wife spiked her drink after she was introduced to the couple in the VIP section of a Los Angeles nightclub.

“Plaintiff noticed TI and Tiny whispering to each other and suspiciously pointing at other women around the club,” according to the complaint.

Jane Doe, who was in her early 20s at the time, said Tiny gave her an alcoholic drink.

Jane Doe claims she went to a hotel room with the couple and two other women. The two women left and Tiny took Doo's clothes, according to the complaint. The couple took a shower together, but she said she felt “very shocked and uncomfortable.”

“While in bed, TI allegedly turned on a pornographic movie and demanded that Doe apply oil to his back and naked body,” the paper said. people magazine. “Tiny then joined them on the bed and began massaging Doe, causing Doe to feel 'sick, disgusted, and nauseous,'” according to the complaint.

The complaint states that Tiny was “holding down” Doe.

According to the complaint, TI “demanded that he begin applying oil to her back and naked body.”

TI is accused of making sexual advances toward a woman, including penetrating her with his toes. However, she allegedly told him “no” and she then tried to run away from him.

At the same time, Doe was said to have become “unwell and extremely sick as a result of the assault and assault.”

Doe vomited in the bathroom and emerged from the bathroom “naked, dazed, sick and weak.” She allegedly passed out on the couch.

The woman believed she took the drug because she “felt like I was experiencing something serious and debilitating that was not the typical symptoms of drinking or having a few drinks.”

Doe said she woke up to the sound of a security guard banging on her door.

“Her vagina was in severe pain and felt itchy and burning,” Doe said.

The woman said she was crying when she was escorted from the hotel room while TI and Tiny were still in bed.

“Plaintiff did not consent to the sexual assault or misconduct and did not have the capacity to consent after being drugged by Defendant,” the attorneys said in the complaint.

The accuser's attorney, Rodney S. Diggs, said: Said: “Forcing someone to perform an unwanted sexual act, in this case with drugs, is sexual violence, or rape. Years later, the embarrassment, shame, and depression still linger. “Women silence justice. My client is no longer silent. We now seek justice for her and all those who have been violated just like her.”

At the time of the sexual assault allegations, Doe was in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles.

The woman is seeking unspecified damages for sexual assault, battery, sexual assault, negligence, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

TI, 43, and Tiny, 48, “categorically” denied the allegations.

“Negativity always rears its ugly head right after positivity. For three years, we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay exorbitant demands for something we did not do.” the couple said. I have written. “For three years, we have maintained the same position, no matter how many times the allegations in this article have changed. Our position is clear… we are innocent of these false claims and I remain unwavering and look forward to my day in court.”

new york times reported in February 2021 that there was a police investigation into T.I. and Tiny after four women accused the celebrity couple of drug use and sexual assault. One of the women is an Air Force veteran.

The sexual assault allegations occurred between 2005 and 2018.

Attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn noted that all of the alleged crimes are “eerily similar.”

The women accused TI and Tiny of “sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal drugs, kidnapping, terroristic threats, and false imprisonment.”

Mr Blackburn also said the two engaged in non-sexual intimidation, assault and harassment.

In September 2021, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to file charges against TI and Tiny, saying the case was beyond the 10-year statute of limitations.

The new civil lawsuit was filed under the California Sexual Abuse and Concealment Liability Act, which extends the statute of limitations for victims of sexual abuse and assault until December 2026.
