What would you give a left-wing Hollywood celebrity who already has it all? How about a gift bag worth $500,000? This is more than the annual income of 98 percent of Americans.
This year's Golden Globe Awards, which will air live Sunday on CBS, will feature gift packages including caviar, a $600 Métiers Marrakech brown suede bag and a five-day luxury yacht trip through Indonesian waters worth $50,000. .

However, it remains unclear who will actually receive what and how much.
according to release Once posted on the Globes' official website, this year's winners and presenters will receive what is being called “the ultimate gift box.” This is a “comprehensive guide that details a complete list of featured gifts, allowing recipients to select the items they would like to receive.”
It is unclear how many items celebrities will be able to choose from the catalog.
Apparently, no presents will be given to candidates who are not selected.
There is also the issue of taxes. In the past, Hollywood stars had to pay income tax on so-called “swag bags,” but only on items they chose to redeem.
This year's gift comes courtesy of Robb Report, a luxury magazine owned by Penske Media Corporation, the same media conglomerate that owns three of Hollywood's major industry publications.
Last year, Penske Media acquired Golden Globes owner Dick Clark Productions in a joint venture with Eldridge Industries.
