Greg Zuerlein caps off terrific season

Jets running back Breece Hall finished the season on a high note with 178 yards on 37 carries and the only touchdown of the game, a 50-yard run in the fourth quarter to seal the victory. Hall nearly reached the 1,000-yard season, finishing with 994 yards.

Patriots QB Bailey Zappe was terrible. He had two interceptions in three plays in the fourth quarter. He passed for only 88 yards and was sacked seven times.

The unsung hero

Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein had another great day to cap off a great season. On a snowy day with difficult kicking conditions, Zelllein made 3 of 4 field goals.

Main status

Leading up to this game, the Jets had lost 15 straight against the Patriots. That losing streak is over. It was their first win against New England since 2015 and their first win in Foxborough since the 2010 playoffs.
