Wexner, who has not been charged with any crime, previously said he had broken ties with Epstein in 2007. Giuffre claimed he had multiple sexual encounters with Wexner, including at least once at the same time as Sarah Kellen, another of Epstein's victims.
The judge then ordered Giuffre's deposition to be removed from the record and resubmitted with new edits. It wasn't immediately obvious what needed to be edited.
Wexner has previously denied knowledge of other Epstein-related allegations, and in 2019 lawyers representing Epstein victims said it was unlikely Wexner was aware of Epstein's conduct. FOX Business reported..
Giuffre also said she was sex trafficked by a “famous prime minister.” Although he was not mentioned by name, he accused Alan Dershowitz, a prominent criminal defense attorney who has repeatedly denied wrongdoing. Mr. Giuffre and Mr. Dershowitz previously sued each other, but agreed to drop the case after Mr. Giuffre publicly stated that Mr. Dershowitz had been “misidentified.”
Dershowitz told Fox News Digital that he agreed to the release and said he had nothing to hide. He denied all wrongdoing.

Mr. Clinton has repeatedly denied wrongdoing, and last week his press secretary disputed other claims in the documents that the former president had a close personal relationship with Mr. Epstein.

The final unsealing included nearly 1,500 pages of documents, including a “secret” 2017 deposition of Epstein accuser Sarah Ransom and depositions of Mr. Maxwell and Mr. Giuffre.
In one filing, Maxwell denied knowledge that Jean-Luc Brunel allegedly performed sexual acts at Epstein's mansion, but on the sex trafficking financier's plane and on his private island. U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ordered the names unsealed in December and gave people a two-week period to appeal the release of their names.
