In early 2024, Kimmel threatened to sue Rogers for speaking out about Epstein's list again.

“A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, really hope this never comes out,” Rodgers said on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

Kimmel responded on social media as if this were a direct accusation by Rodgers, even though the host referenced previous comments he made in 2023.

“Dear A***hole, For the record, I have never met Epstein, never flown with him, never visited him, never had any contact with him. You won't find my name on any “list” other than bogus nonsense.Soft-headed weirdos like you can’t seem to distinguish reality from reality,” Kimmel wrote. X.

After the 2023 NFL season, McAfee announced that Rodgers would not be appearing on his show for the time being and that he was happy to avoid political controversy for the foreseeable future.

McAfee then made a lengthy post that read: X He explained that the reason was indeed the end of Rodgers' season and the failure of his team, the New York Jets, to make the playoffs.

“Our fans know that [‘Aaron Rodgers Tuesdays’] It ends as soon as Aaron's team's season ends. That is the current situation. He does random surprise welcome pop-ins during big events and off-season adventures, but it's always a seasonal thing. I never said he would never be on the show again. We hope he still chooses to chat with us in the future. ”

McAfee went on to explain that he doesn't want to have much to do with his show. “Political warfare and public beef,” he said, adding that he and his other co-hosts would strive. Please avoid this in the future as much as possible. ”
