America is weaker under President Joe Biden, and our enemies know it. Look at our southern border, no one respects this administration. That's why America's enemies exploit us and our great ally, Israel. Look where we are… we have wide open borders, a ground war in Europe, Israel under constant attack, President Xi Jinping of China and Vladimir of Russia… Evil tyrants like President Putin are watching, waiting to pounce. The conflict in the Red Sea makes this fact indisputable.
The increasing number of attacks by Houthi militias in the Red Sea is a serious concern for all American families. These attacks are a major problem because so many ships pass through this critical area for global trade.
Companies trying to deliver goods around the world are now forced to choose between passing through areas where there is obvious danger or taking much longer and more expensive routes that lead to delays and increased costs for customers. It is being

This is what happens when you let terrorists like Iran and their sponsors run rampant and control the way the world works. The result is always more violence, less security, and serious consequences for American families on everything from the price of goods to their safety abroad.

That's what we see today as Biden's weakness unnecessarily pushes America into World War III. Americans don't want war, but instead of standing up to Iran with a credible deterrent to stop it, Biden gives a payoff of billions of dollars, which the Iranians use to strengthen their nuclear program. and used it to finance terrorist organizations like Hamas and the Houthis. .
Before Biden took office, the United States oversaw the deployment of more naval assets, which was a boon for Israel, the United States, and global commerce. Now he is weakening this stance. Biden started his presidency by removing the Houthis from the Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) list on February 16, 2021, but this was a big mistake.
This allowed them to raise money and expand their power as Iran's proxies against Israel. The United States must today redesignate these terrorist thugs as FTOs. For weeks, the Biden administration has tolerated their attacks, which have caused danger and disruption to the global economy.
The United States and our capable partners should have stopped these attacks before they destroyed Houthi assets months ago, when they began terrorizing our nation's trade operations. Mr. Biden would have been wise to take a cue from Mr. Trump's strategy sooner and act quickly and early to demonstrate American strength and thwart an ongoing attack.
Biden is a weak president and refuses to do any of this. For a multilateral and internationalist president, Biden has proven completely ineffective in getting most of his allies to his side in times of conflict.
We know Biden can never be a strong leader. He will never truly confront terrorism, hold our allies accountable for truly standing next to us, not behind us, and raise the stakes of threatening the common economic and security interests of the United States and our allies. I have no intention of showing the results to the world.
America's power and engagement will ensure freedom of the seas free from interference by bad actors and make the world safer and more prosperous. That is why Iran does not attack Israel directly.
Currently, the U.S. Navy is the only military force in the world that can monitor and attempt to control the various battlespaces that exist or may exist. Our superiority and intelligence gathering allow our allies to cooperate in this effort to deter and, if necessary, defeat our adversaries.

But there is currently a serious disparity in how much American taxpayers contribute to this important issue compared to other freedom-loving countries, and I believe this needs to be corrected.
The United States spends $886 billion a year on defense to protect its interests at home and around the world, while the European Union spends only $295 billion. In addition, the US currently has a trade deficit with the EU of more than $130 billion.
Just as we forced NATO countries to agree to spend at least 2% on their military, we must insist on support from all countries that benefit from ocean protection. It doesn't have to be. These countries will need to reduce their trade deficits by increasing military spending and buying more U.S. goods. More importantly, they need a president who will protect them.
Iranian proxies in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen continue to escalate, as the Biden administration has shown little effectiveness in stopping them. Communist China, Iran, and Russia want to use intimidation tactics to control the flow of goods and services around the world. The United States must lead the free world in ensuring that these bad actors are stopped, but we cannot do it alone.

I am pleased that the United Kingdom, along with the United States, has assisted in the retaliatory attacks that occurred last night. South Korea, Japan, and India also need to participate. If they are unable to provide military and intelligence assets, these countries should support their efforts with actual defense spending that they can spend to ensure regional security.
As President Ronald Reagan said, the key to maintaining security and sovereignty is “peace through strength.” His words echo George Washington's farewell address to the nation, where he said if we want to live in peace, we must prepare for war.
Neither of these great leaders were warmongers, but both understood that without great power, diplomacy and international agreements could not ensure peace. Rather, it is about having the means and the will to deter and defeat enemies that guarantee peace and our sovereignty.

Given the president's record of lawlessness on the southern border and incompetence in international affairs, it is unlikely that this administration will be able to effectively engage and deter adversaries as the previous administration was able to do.
Until we oust Biden from the White House and reelect Trump, there is no reason to believe that American power will be respected again. The United States must end its stance of sitting on the sidelines until it is too late. When terrorists target the United States and our interests, they must be wiped from the face of the earth.
